Maple Bacon Mug Cake

Ingredients:

• 1 heaped Tbsp vegan butter
• 4 Tbsp plant milk
• 3 Tbsp sugar
• 5 Tbsp self raising flour
• 1 tsp Deliciou Maple Bacon Seasoning

1. Mix all ingredients together in a large microwave safe mug. Microwave for 60 seconds, then microwave in 5 second intervals until batter is only just cooked through. 
2. Serve as is, or for a truly decadent treat, add icecream. Dangerously delicious!

Pro tip: Don’t have self raising flour? Use 5 Tbsp plain flour and ¼ tsp baking powder instead.
